Ticket #64458777 - Thanks to Jonathan

I wanted to say thank you to Jonathan for his help in ticket #64458777.
My father had gone over by 3p on the VoIP credit and couldn't use his inclusive Business Broadband minutes.
I forgot to thank Jonathan before I closed the ticket. Please pass this on.
I've also reminded my father that his inclusive minutes only cover 01, 02 and 03 calls. I hope he remembers.
