Mis-Sold Connection!!

Hi All,
Signed up for Plus.net Home Phone and Fibre BB on the 4th of January this year. I was told by the eager sales rep that my home phone would be active in 5 days, and my BB active in 4 days after!!
Received an e-mail recently stating my connection date would be 6th of February!!
Obviously, the rep lied to me to close the sale! Of course I bought it! Makes me mad companies are still pulling quick ones to close sales!!
It would have been nice not to be tricked!
You have not DONE ME PROUD plusnet! shame on you  Sad

Hi there,
I'm genuinely really sorry to hear that. An install like that would never be done with 4 days notice to be realistic, lead times are usually a few weeks.
If at all possible we will be trying to find a recording of the sales call as closing sales in this kind of manner is the last thing we want.
