Please note that most agents working faults don't check the forums on a regular basis so you'd be better off adding the information to your fault ticket, too.

Re: Ticket 34413907

There was an update on your faults ticket made around 10 minutes ago asking for appointment times for an engineer visit, if you check the ticket and reply with access times we can get these booked for you.

Re: Ticket 34413907

**Please note I do not accept anonymous phone calls.**
I have now been told by someone on ticket 34413907 that the engineer has been cancelled as my line is now stable.
I am not pleased about this. If you look at the picture on 4 Aug and the picture today you will see the sync speed has dropped again.
Would one of the Plusnet staff be prepared to PM me their work phone number and extension number so we can discuss this as I am not allowed to accept anonymous calls?

Re: Ticket 34413907

Hi dratdestroyer,
The staff that reply on here are generally not the ones who would deal with your fault directly.  We don't have direct numbers either I'm afraid so if you need to speak with us you would be best calling the support team.
If you prefer I can ask someone to give you a call, we do have lines here that do not withhold our number that we can use for that purpose.
With regards to the engineer visit, we apologise for that and I will feed this back as we should really be consulting you before taking actions such as canceling a previously arranged engineer appointment.
Adam.
