This morning

Phoned CS this morning and got the recorded message about disconnection of service with ALL router lights ON. Exactly the same as I reported here: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,81020.0.html Yet Plusnet wanted me to underwrite a £144.00 + VAT to call out a bt engineer. You guys at Plusnet must thing I'm really stupid.

Re: This morning

The word 'underwrite' here is incorrect,  and as you're too bloody stubborn to take advice, I'm not surprised to see no-one else responded to this post.

Re: This morning

Hi Oleo,
Sorry if that's how the message came across, I can assure you as Barry has said we don't want you to underwrite anything. All we're asking is that you confirm you've checked your hardware and wiring in order that you don't get charged the £144 mentioned.
