Sorry to see you're having issues.
I can see our Faults team have found out your on a congested VP and they're working with our suppliers to get this fixed for you.
After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role

Further diagnostics never works for me Chrome browser however no problems on Firefox so try that if you haven't already.
