Just a note to say thank you to the Plusnet Support team for the help when I lost my internet in the early hours of Wednesday morning. They did what they could without being given the information and support from Openreach (who listed 1/1/1753 as the fix date for the area fault!). They put up with me calling for updates, they treated me with respect and didn't read from a script.
All in all, I wish more CS departments were as good as the one at Plusnet.
