Thanks Plusnet tech team (kinda).

My fibre broadband has been playing up for a couple of weeks.  The other day it gave up the ghost.   I rung Plusnet tech support.  The chap was very helpful (even though the problem hasn't been sorted yet), I've got an engineer out Friday.
Hopefully this will be sorted quickly.  :-)

So do I.  Mobile just  doesn't cut it, next to fibre.
