In amongst all the problem threads I just wanted to say thank you.

My phone and fibre switched from TalkTalk effortlessly.

And for anyone moving from Plusnet to TalkTalk, wait until you see the s$%tshow they have for customer service.

Hi Dave,

A warm welcome to the forums. It’s always nice when someone takes time to say thank when things go well. It’s rare that people do come here just to say thank you - it tends to be a place where people come only to get help.

I hope your experience continues to be good and if you do need help there’s a generous bunch here who do give a lot of time to helping users.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
