Thank you Plus net

Hi,
Just got to say thank you for the great service provided by Plus.net. I had a problem with my broadband disconnecting frequently, submitted a fault on Wednesday, they identified that I need a engineer to look at on the Friday and they the engineer was scheduled for the next day!! The Openreach engineer fixed the problem and was great too

Welcome to the forums - it is nice to hear from another satisfied customer
I am a bit puzzled - if it wasn't an Openreach engineer does this mean that they have started using sub contractors

My apologies, he was Openreach...that is what I get for typing too fast Smiley
