Thank you customers for being tolerant for when we break stuff. 
Thanks for helping us out by sending us good information about what you are seeing, packet captures when our systems mis-prioritise stuff and generally being supportive of the way we do things.
Also, thanks for all the support which you offer to other customers on here.  (Especially the mods who do a great job for free!)
This is the what really makes me happy to work at Plusnet

yup  always nice to pop in here to learn summat we have our ups and downs but its fun, pity the few odd moaning people would read first before posting
