Systems broken again at Plusnet

So, I have repeatedly asked that an out of date mobile telephone number be removed from my account details.
Every time I ask this, the advisor tells me it has been done.
Every time, when responding a to a ticket, the advisor calls "my mobile" leaves a message and then updates the ticket to say this.
What is it that I have to do to get the out of date information removed?

Re: Systems broken again at Plusnet

Hi there,
Your mobile number has definitely been removed.
However, I suspect that part of the problem is that we have a mobile number (starting 0758) which we took down when a fault was raised on your account.
We don't have the ability to remove this without closing your fault and reopening it.

You cannot possibly have taken that mobile number when the fault started, I don't know where you sourced it from, but it was not sourced from me.  I don't have a mobile number to give you, so I cannot give you one.

It's possible that it was taken from your account before we removed your mobile number from the account itself?

Re: Systems broken again at Plusnet

Sorry Plusnet, YOU HAVE TO STOP CALLING ME ON THAT MOBILE.
The person whose mobile it is, has to have it switched on as she is a surgeon and its the number the hospital call her on.  But you keep calling her in meetings and other situations where its a real problem for her to take the call.
YOU NEED TO REMOVE THE NUMBER FROM YOUR RECORDS.
STOP CALLING IT, DON'T CALL IT.
JUST STOP.

Simply close the fault and restart it?

I know it's a FQOPP but cut me some slack, it's saved me typing loads Wink I've just done this for you, fourfourdevon - that should sort things for you. Sorry about that.
