I have always been happy generally with the Plusnet service but one area that has deteriorated badly is the support tickets service. I am beginning to wonder if these tickets are looked at no more than once a week because that seems to be the time it takes to get a response. My latest ticket is 3 days old and I am probably going to have to wait another couple of days at lease to get a response. C. Hedley
