Return email address was <Plusnet Community Mailer <noreply@community-mailer.plus.net>
Hi @Halfwaytree
This is definitely a scam and you're not the first to report it.
Probably best not to include a link when reporting this as someone might click on.
See here for something similar thanks for @shutter for first pointing this recent attempted scam.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
They still owe me from a couple of years ago,
@Dan_the_Van Just as a point of interest, the return email address is a little concerning?
I see what you are saying, but would say that's added to make it look more authentic as noreply would suggest know one will read the inbox, but why @community-mailer.plus.net !

Agreed, Dan - it just seems strange, as you say, that they use the 'community-mailer' address.
Second time have received a scam email for different amounts, so very annoying.
Reported both to the abuse email address.
