Today I had a problem with being unable to send or receive calls with my Plusnet mobile. Checked the Service Status and it showed no issues with mobile. So I spent time rebooting the phone, and swapping the SIMs between my work phone (which uses EE) and my personal Plusnet phone, which proved it was the Plusnet SIM with the problem. So then I phoned Plusnet only to be put in the usual holding queue because "we are receiving a higher than normal amount of calls".
Eventually I was told there was a problem with the EE network, and to call back if it isn't working in a few hours.
Wouldn't it be worthwhile putting that on the Service Status page. It would have saved me time, and it would save the Plusnet telephone support guys being overwhelmed by people phoning in.
