Service - Jonathan from the Support Team

Cheesy We would like to praise Jonathan for the excellent and efficient  service he has given us over the last few months in rectifying a telephone and broadband problem that has been on-going for years.    We switched to PlusNet a few years back and find it a brilliant service provider and Jonathan, in particular has taken a great deal of interest in our problem and finally got it rectified (with great difficulty when dealing with BT/Openreach.)      He is always polite and makes things easy to understand, has a lot of patience and really knows his job!     I hope this praise reaches the Management Team.     He does PlusNet credit.

Let me first of all thank you for your positive feedback in respect to manner in which Jon dealt with your concerns.
I can confirm that I have now passed on your comments to both Jon and his manger, and I'm sure that this will make his day Smiley
