Well now I'm an ex customer, my Plusnet equipment is now on its way back as requested, all factory reset to remove personal / account details.
I wonder if some of these may end up in a museum? 😅
Yes I did include all 4 power adaptors in the box as well.

Looks like you are sending an Openreach-owned modem to Plusnet. Check its label. That one belongs with the fibre cable, and works with dozens of providers, not just Plusnet. (Hundreds, really.) Are you sure you’re not setting yourself (or the next owner) up for a square-one re installation fee there?

@SixCopperKs It's actually an Openreach VDSL2 modem that connects to a copper circuit (FTTC and SOGEA) so nothing to do with fibre and no longer supplied by Openreach. Full Fibre would use an Openreach ONT which does stay in the property with the fibre connection. The old modems can be worth a few quid, I have a couple I might try and sell. Useful for those on FTTC that want to use their own router.

Thankyou @RealAleMadrid my mistake. I tried to read the little lights and was sure one said PON. My mistake: it says LAN1. Impressive museum collection there — I've only got three of them… not the VDSL!

I'm no longer connected to the Openreach network so no need for any of the old equipment & the modem has been gathering dust for several years, Plusnet can recycle / reuse all of it as they see fit.
