Renumbering!

[removed] was the fifth person I'd spoken to about the renumbering after a house move.  He was the first to explain in clear, simple terms what the process involved.  Professional, courteous and effective.  Within 24 hours the line had been renumbered.  I was grateful of the honesty after being given vague answers for two days.  Dad would have struggled with a change of number, so this meant a lot to us. Thanks Paul!

Thanks for the very positive report.
Unfortunately it fell foul of the Forum Rule about posting reps names but please be assured that it will be reported back to his manager as he deserves the credit
