Recent fault.

Had a broadband fault and Openreach engineer called on 16th Feb. He spent a while trying to find the fault and eventually traced it back to the exchange. It seems to be fixed now. Just like to say well done to both PN and Openreach for a fairly quick resolution.. Thanks.
