Nothing's gone wrong but nothing has happened at all! No emails, only the most recent ones.

The only inbox I use for email is [Removed] and the account name is atomit22.
These are 2 distinct and seperate accounts. The email address provided will be on the atomit account, whereas the unarchive requests seem to be coming from the atomit22 account.
I've requested that all mail on the atomit account is unarchived, this should be done within 30 minutes.

I requested all mailboxes on the relevant account be unarchived, however if there are still some missing it may need one of my colleagues in the support team to pick this up and get a task raised internally to investigate.

Just a quick observation..... as these posts are public, would it not be a good idea to remove 2 references to Anne's email address and account name (on one of Anne's posts and on a reply from @Chris)?
I'd hate for anybody to be bombarded with spam email, more so when they're trying to move them elsewhere.

The emails from the last year have now appeared so thanks for that, but there were also several folders of emails going back several years. Can these be restored too?
