I signed a 12 month contract with Plusnet just two weeks ago and my phoneline was transferred yesterday morning and the broadband went live last night. It was a pleasure dealing with Plusnet people after seeking refuge from the Talk Talk call centre staff and the many email problems I experienced for weeks after the cyber hack. Every schedule was met by Plusnet during the transfer and the new router fitted through the letterbox, as promised. You should give lessons to Amazon on minimal packaging.
