Pointless email

Just received an email:

Which would be fine, except I've already got the product change pending for my next billing date and have done for over a week now.
Perhaps something for the future would be to look at if a customer has a product change pending not to send the email?

I got that e-mail too, and am also in the process of a product change, due to swap on the 02/02/13.  Roll eyes

Yes we can exclude/include certain sets of customers and account types. It looks like our bad, we're feeding this back now.
