If you wish to know what info has been passed on and to whom then just raise a ticket .

To make a request under DPA you would need to reply to this ticket requesting this and authorising a £10 payment to be taken to cover this.

Providing PN are prepared to provide this information in writing you will then have some idea if your info has been passed on or not.
I am happy to accept that PN are an honest bunch of fokes so the info they provide will be correct..... so if I get a letter from a third party requesting money for any illegal downloads then a lot more questions are going to be asked !!

Basically two sources, the first being aware of the Topware cases from when it first made headlines and having never seen any kind of interview with her, backed up by the claims on Slyck which have been made and no one contracdicted (and whilst many views of all sorts of quality a hue are expressed on Slyck, if something is contentious it tends to be contentiously debated, and claims about her never been located are not contentious) plus the legal advice given to ACSLaw by their tort expert who basically in plain English laymen terms says "nothing in the Barwinska case would serve as guidance in a proper trial and would be of no use or support to ACS:Law in court, its only use is in the press".

The BBC article is basically saying Gallant believe they will get the names no matter if PN contest it or not. Apparently thousands are involved all for downloading ministry of sound.
