After 2 weeks of crap speed I am totally pi----sed off .Engineer came today said nothing wrong with line and would request a profile change and all would be well within the hour.Nor so after 40 mins on the phone to be told its still ongoing is totally unaceptable
Hi thomasoes, Sorry to hear that this is still ongoing, as far as I can see there was a fault on the line when you joined us however your speeds are lower now than previously. William who have just spoken with has taken your fault on and assigned it to himself to get this resolved with a matter of urgency. William will be in-touch as soon as he has gone trough the engineer notes and will get this resolved. If I can help in any other way or things don't progress as you would expect please let me know.
