That's definitely not right, I'd not expect to see any stats on there at present as we have a banner on there saying " this report will not be available. We'll have it up and running again in a couple of weeks..."

I would suspect the real reason for the "stats" being unavailable is embarrassment and not down to the commissioning of a new call centre.

Not exactly @newagetraveller, whereas we're not proud of the fact that we have some long call waits we'd rather be able to publish them so customers can make an informed decision as to whether to/not to or when to call us. We're setting that back to 0s ASAP.

Sorry about that guys, it was some work going on on the call system on the site there. Still not operational yet unfortunately but at least there you have proof we are working to restore it
