We are sorry to hear you feel this way and I can assure you that this is certainly not the level of service we aim to provide.I will pass on your recent chat experience as a feedback.
In terms of the major service outage you had, it was an outage on our supplier's network which more than likely would have affected a number of lines. We get given an estimated response time however these are not always accurate as it could always be fixed sooner and it can sometimes take longer.
