Plusnet Should Do the Responsible Thing

not to sign up any new customers until they have dealt with all the backlog of complaints and non connections that people are complaining about on this board
it seems that all they are interested is, in getting money in, rather than as they keep lying about how customwe service is important.
There customer service is non existant - their staff dont read the tickets that are raised, and actually make up lies to try and get themselves out of the errors that they make rather than admit that they have cocked things up.
