I have raised a security issue regarding plusnet staff .. !!!
why have plusnet not responded ?
i spoke to 1 of your staff and had a disagreement and after that disagreement i could not log in as my password had been changed .???
is it normal for staff to change passwords !! " u know who u are [Removed]
ps
could have been my bank account ?

If your member centre password (your account password) had been changed as you suggest, then your internet connection would no longer be working, as it uses the same password. Is your internet still working?
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi there,
For security reasons, we retain a footprint on this sort of stuff, and I can assure you that your password has not been changed by an agent. However, I can see that it was changed about 15 minutes before the agent first looked at the account. Hopefully this clarifies things a bit.

password was the 1 "THEY" asked for .
"THERE IS NO DOUT MY PASSWORD WAS CHANGED " as i forgot it and reset it by plusnet by email the night b4
I often wonder in these situations, if for some reason the password reset did not go through as expected, or whether there was some confusion about which password was active etc.
