Why is it that Plusnet are so hard to get hold of, no answer on the phone even after an hour, no email contact details and when you look through the website to raise an issue its impossible to find, don't you want customers contacting you? First issue, you didn't send my Youview box, had to chase it. Second issue you didn't connect the channels once you'd sent me the Youview box. Third issue you won't answer the phone and after I did raise a customer service enquiry you've ignored it. You haven't kept your side of the agreement so I'm cancelling my contract. Best service, I hate to see what the other companies are like then!
