Customer services and ticket respond

All the years I been with PN I've never experience so slow and poor responds to tickets.
Honestly plus net as now turn the leaf they no longer PN. Am at the stage in talk with a person about my right terminating my new contract and move else where

Hi rookey,
I've taken a look at your account and over all ticket responses honestly haven't been bad.
However I see the longest one was a fault you raised around the start of this month.
I appreciate faults may be the most important issue though so cheers for the feedback and sorry it took us a few days to get back to you.
