To My Further Comments on Ticket #39726655
The lack of access to the server space for this is becoming a bit a cause for concern, as I would like to be able to redirect people to my new domain and host space.
Thanks for your help,
Les x

Hi abdou,
Looking into this now for you, it looks like the old redirect from the ccgi site was playing up because of the refresh value of 0 - that's what's caused your webspace to go over bandwidth, and until it's fixed I'm afraid we can't change the non-cgi webspace to match. We're just trying to get this sorted now, I'll post back shortly.

Right, that should now be sorted - redirect from cgi is working and not refreshing so that stops the bandwidth issue, and I've been able to log in to both your CGI space and homepages space via ftp so your permissions should be alright as well. Please let us know if there's anything further we can look at for you.
