I tried to buy a 38-Mb unlimited fibre broadband service several hours ago.

And I chose to bought the Line Rental Saver (197.88 pounds) so there were 2 payment I need to pay.

I paid the first payment ( 197.88 + 6 = 203.88 ) successfully, but my payment failed after I typed in the debit card account which I want to use. The errors are like this: (It is not my pic, but the same content. I forgot to take a picture of my screen). medium.pngmedium (1).png

And then I found myself unable to continue my payment after this. The 203.88 pound transaction was made and I don't really want to waste those pounds. How can I continue paying my payment to buy the service?

The problem happened on Apple Safari and OS X 10.11.6
