Order cancelled ? Question #65300831 -

Hi
Signed up yesterday , but note this ticket  #65300831 saying order cancelled ?
My plusnet email doesn't seem to be active either as service notes have been sent ( notes say it should be up and running after 4 hours)

To explain a little more.
This forum is run and moderated by users not PlusNet staff. The PlusNet Customer Services Centre(CSC) do not monitor these forums.
There are some PlusNet staff ( the Digital Care Team ) part of whose job is to monitor these forums but they only work weekdays 9-5 unlike the CSC who are 24/7.
So as Jim says, the DC team will likely pick this up on Monday but if you want an answer before then call the CSC http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/

Thanks for the reply's guys.
I think it might be due to open reach dates, looking at the internal tickets.
I've sent a ticket  ( #65330694)  with install date options if it makes CS's life easier for re-booking openreach.  (Might be idea to give CSC a call  later on as you guys highlight )
Coming from BE ( seen a few familiar BE user names on here) seems a friendly place on these boards Smiley

Thanks Adam for taking a look.
Good to see an an apointment is now booked.
Still not reciving any email  notifications of the support tickets ? (I did tick the box to recive them) Says allow 4 hours for email set up, but that was on friday ?

By the look of things you might want to check the email address listed Smiley you should be able to do that via "account details" on our member centre.

Thanks Adam,
The system on sign up auto filled in the email box it seems, anyway changed to catch all to see if that works.
Will the router need a manual order placing as well ? No sign of it beeing dispatched with only 3 working days left to install.

BT OR was great - said the speed is just a bit lower than expected at 60 /16 but (75/20 on wholesale checker) might be due to the distance between the drop wire access point ant the nte5.
Said leave it alone for 10 days while it settles before looking at line stats  Wink
Plusnet have been great , so a quick thx to the CS staff on here who've kept an eye on things.
Oh will the phone migration move now start automatically or will it need a nudge
