On 2nd of December my line got slammed by talktalk and plusnet very helpful in getting line back on 18th of december. took 16 days to restore service but now instead of been put on Fibre extra like i pay for ive been put on adsl. I Was originally happy with plusnet services but i'm now beginning to lose faith in them. will be well into new year before service is restored back I'm not mad with plusnet just disappointed.
It miht have been quicker to get you back onto ADSL than wait for fibre to be re-activated, more of a case of some service now instead of no service until you get fibre back. If thers any price difference i would have though you should be able to get a refund. Also in theory you should be able to claim some compensation for your wasted time, from the offending party (Talk Talk)
