OR Engineer NO SHOW twice

@ Adam Walker,
Today is the second time BT OR engineer has not turned up and again wasted my time.  This is now becoming a joke and something has to be done quickly.  My patience and loyalty is now beginning to wear very thin.  Frequent disconnections (despite connecting the router to Test Socket) is now becoming unacceptable.  AngrySad
I tried to contact Support soon after 6pm today, but was told that the call wait time was approaching 1 Hour!  That, I find a very long time to hold on the phone.  Does this mean that the support and service is becoming unacceptable?
I request Support manager to contact me urgently.

It appears that Adam does not wish to respond to my query.

Are the forums not monitored on Saturday?  Aside from that, I think it would have been reasonable to expect a response on Friday.
