I would assume that if you visit the Post Office, they should be able to take it off your hands ready for Royal Mail to pick it up.

Re: No ticket reply poor services

If I upgraded my account to fibre broadband (up to 38mb or 76mb) how much would it cost all together with phone line and broadband?

If you visit https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change/5832607/CurrentAccount and go through your required options, this will show you the pricing for you.

Re: No ticket reply poor services

You don't pay for the speed that you receive, you are billed for the product you are using which in this case is Unlimited. We aim to provide you the best speeds possible based on your speed estimate.

What broadband speed am I paying for?

As you are on ADSL not fibre, anything between 128kbps and 24Mbps.

Re: No ticket reply poor services

I'm suppose to be on plusnet unlimited up to 24mb but on my online plusnet account it says I'm paying for up to 7mb and I'm paying £4.50 for a call plan even tho I don't have a home phone I only pay for the phone line for my broadband?

Re: No ticket reply poor services

Subject to being totally wrong
I would assume that when you first signed up you ticked the anytime option
If you go to https://portal.plus.net/apps/account/change?bolWizReset=1 you will be able to change it to Evenings and Weekends or just Weekends - it depends when you joined - and that will get rid of the call plan charge
