Plusnet are taking 4 - 5 days to respond to tickets on avg right now and your call wait times are insane.

Our average response time overall is lower than 4-5 days - http://csc.plus.net although the average fault turnaroud time is slightly higher than the figure quoted at the minute.

I asked a question on tuesday 29th october and have not had a reply and the status has been the same since, I was wondering could someone ask a member of the support team to reply to my question please. Thank you

Ok thank you, just one last query, how long roughly should it take and how is it being sent) (royal mail 1st class or 2nd class etc)

Believe it'd be first class as that's what the routers are sent by, and there's no reason for it to be any different.

I just checked the royal mail website and it says "we aim to deliver 93% of 1st class mail the next working day after posting" does this mean I could receive it tomorrow and what packaging is it going to be in so I know what to look out for

The returns bag are usually a dark(ish) shade of blue, so should be pretty noticeable.
As far as First Class is concerned, we would normally advise 3-5 working days on First Class post, however, it could be delivered before that.
