No phone or internet and unable to speak to plusnet

I have always been pleased with plusnet, however since my phone and broadband went down on Friday night, I have been unable to get through to talk to someone on the phone, and have only had a text back sayimg it MAY be resolved in a weeks time? I cant do any work at home and everything has been on hold until service resumes. Am resorting to posting desperate messages on forums to see it anyone can help me...Help I need my internet!

Hi rossandsian,
Sorry to hear that you've got a fault, I've taken a look and can see that this in due to be resolved by tomorrow(22ndth) by 9pm. Our faults team will chase this up to make sure this is the case tomorrow and if for any reason it's not I'd suggest replying to your ticket to let us know.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
