No callback

I am trying to transfer my internet account to a new address.
I spent 15 minutes waiting on line yesterday, to be told the housemoving team don't work Sundays. Didn't see that anywhere on the website, would have been useful information.
Waited another 15 minutes today and the guy could not locate my new address. It is in the middle of nowhere, but has previously had an active landline.
Guy said he would phone me back at three to get the old phone number at the address, which I had to get from a friend. 3pm has come and gone and no call back.
Call wait times currently estimated at 20 minutes.
I am moving in three weeks, and Plusnet wants two-three weeks notice.
Please arrange a call back promptly.
