Haha, @IngeJones at least the waiting times for speaking to people have gone down drastically (for me anyway)... The most frustrating thing about all of this is that it was installed fine initially, and I foresaw a problem and phoned up but that didn't do anything. If PN had listened to me in the first place they could have avoided all of this. Actually if they hadn't made 2 orders for no reason it would have been fine!
The first order was fine, and I still have no idea why their system placed a second. Think I'm just an unhappy anomaly! Hope your install goes well
