New Plusnet User
Just thought I'd say a big thank you to all at Plusnet for the fantastic experience so far: I've been with Plusnet for a month and a half now and I haven't had a single problem. I've contacted customer service and I actually got helpful advice (sorry to sound so surprised but I'm an ex-Orange customer), the router was delivered on time and installed effortlessly and my bill for broadband has halved. Can't recommend you enough; keep up the good work!
