Beginning to wish I'd never heard of BT and PLUSNET

I've been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for my BB connection. BT say there's a fault on the line. Thank God they don't supply anything really important like electricity. My patience is waning fast.

I'm really sorry about all the problems you've had so far, I can assure you this is not the norm.
There's definitely no fault on the line, your order was stuck in the system unfortunately.
It was accepted on the 3rd and updated, and will complete on the 9th of March.

March 9th?? here we are at March 17th and still no internet connection - and I've been told it IS a fault on the line. What's the real story??
All your deadlines have been and gone and now I'm even doubtful that you're telling me the truth.
I'm so so disappointed with your c++p service.
I've had less trouble buying a house than I've had with you.
I'm definitely wishing I'd never heard of Plusnet.
I've access to an intranet bulletin board at work which has 10K hits a day.
I shall go public with details of this fiasco if I'm not connected soon.

Your order did complete on the 9th, but initial tests show that there's a problem at the exchange level. I'm looking into this, and will have an update shortly.

Hopefully my colleague Rami has spoken to you earlier today. Basically there's a problem at the exchange, and it should be fixed by tomorrow.
