New Help and Support Pages

If these are the changes that happened this morning I like them.

Re: New Help and Support Pages

For some reason it didn't log me in automatically but I agree much better
The only thing which caused me some aggro is that having got to the new window there was nothing to tell me that the previous window had changed and that was how you needed to raise a question
Another problem - if, instead of just clicking on the link I right click and select an option for opening it doesn't change the original page in Firefox

Re: New Help and Support Pages

Maybe I should have said "I'll pass this to the guys that can make a difference" Wink . In saying that and coming back on to topic the content and development bods that have put the hard work in on this rollout were already aware of this post when I went to point it out to them. Needless to say I was very impressed by that Smiley

Re: New Help and Support Pages

Good morning folks,
I tried to attach a .jpg [s/n graph from Routerstats] to an open question this morning and the new layout rejects it using some words I've forgotten, is it the new page or am "I" doing something wrong.
Any help would be appreciated as "Questions" sometimes take a while to get themselves answered when you're in a hurry!!
Regards, Bob.

Re: New Help and Support Pages

Just doing a test using an open question
First - clicking on "I need to add more details" takes you to the top of the page not the bottom where you need to take action
Second adding a picture worked but then I was taken back to the top of the page
This was with Firefox

Re: New Help and Support Pages

Yip as I said In my thread yesterday Its much better and 100% less confusing, I really like it, BUT how do you close a question?
