@chenks76

This was originally posted on to someone else's unrelated thread, so it's been split to this thread to be replied on it's own.

@Teena

Re: Multiple issues

yes it was split, but it was left with a post that actually didn't make any sense.

Re: Multiple issues

It was split (at my request) from a topic discussing migration difficulties associated with Sky being the loosing provider ... and repeated migration order cancellations.

The post above has nothing to do with the topic from which it has been split - it is the original post in its entirety and is the only post from this member.  As you imply, one can only guess what their issue might be.

Re: Multiple issues

The problem is with the TV. I only want to pay for the internet.

Re: Multiple issues

So if I understand correctly you took out an TV package when you took the broadband

There are two parts to this problem

The first is that you can't get some of the channels you expected - have you raised this problem with Plusnet or in the TV section of this forum or tried here for things to check https://www.plus.net/help/tv/

The second is that you want to cancel the TV part of your contract but are within the 18 month initial contract period - in which case the charges are £1.80 per month https://www.plus.net/help/legal/plusnet-price-guide-for-residential-products/#tv-price-guide

and you will probably need to return the YouView Box

Re: Multiple issues

@Chris,

For crystal clear clarification, are you implying for as best as you are able to identify this user, they do not have a TV package with PlusNet?

@Teena,

If this does not match your understanding may I suggest that you PM @Chris your PlusNet account name - just click his name to send a PM (Personal Message).

I'm afraid I can't confirm which products someone has or has not taken from us.
