I moved to Value from PAYG a while ago and kept my Voip minutes.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
You will definitely keep your VoIP minutes but I'd recommend we schedule the change (as opposed to requesting the change through the Member Centre) to ensure things like your static IP are carried over without further charges.
