Re: Migration Query

You told me that the transmission guy booked for this morning only works at the exchange, so clearly this was another balls up or BT openreach engineer would not have turned up at my house this morning....
So its plainly obvious that NO transmission engineer was ever booked......just more lies......

Re: Migration Query

I've done nothing but try to help you here and certainly do not appreciate being called a liar.
I'm waiting until the engineer has finished work, chasing this right now will only disturb them from their work and prolong this from being dealt with.
I also need to re-iterate as I've mentioned before that you will not be paying for your service until this is resolved. I have a meeting to attend now, I will come back to this again when I return.

Re: Migration Query

Sad to see things going wrong again Dogwhisperer...   While I empathize with your situation I do believe AdamWalker is trying his best (it's not a job I'd want to do). There is little doubt that BT really haven't got a clue what they are doing or even have people with an element of common sense.
@adamwalker - it might help if Dogwhisperer knew his problem was at least being escalated to senior members within PN. It might be worthwhile interrupting the engineer as the last thing Dogwhisperer needs to be told now is that the engineer has finished for the day and can't return until monday.

Re: Migration Query

I didnt say you were lying......i meant BT.....
But quite frankly you can take it anyway you like.....
I want a further 3 months free broadband minimum for this latest upset.....or would you prefer me to take plusnet to the small claims court and look at sueing plusnet for affecting my health as I mentioned in a previous post.....my blood tests results and meeting with my consultant is happening next week.......
Thats it just run off to your meeting and leave the customer in the lurch as usual.......

I see your point, but my contract is with plusnet and not BT, I cant talk to BT so have no choice but to deal with plusnet, its not my fault their 3rd party business partner is very poor......

The situation is known about by myself and those above me, however as Adam has a vast knowledge of faults and experience from his time at Plusnet (7 years), he's better placed to handle the situation. Rest assured he's doing everything he can and will continue to do so until this is resolved.
@dogwhisperer
Let Adam resolve the fault, he'll get to the bottom of it. I understand that you feel it's affecting your health but Adam isn't just running off to a meeting, we have other responsibilities within the business we need to attend to as well as being in the forums.
With regards to free service for this, you're not paying for it at the moment and won't be until after it's resolved. At that point we can discuss anything on top as necessary.

Re: Migration Query

No, we will discuss the free broadband now, not when its resolved.....
I am seeing my solicitor Monday regarding another matter so I can easily add this to the list, if my blood tests results show extra stress next week as I am sure they will then I will sue plusnet for the maximum possible.....which will be separate from any small claims court action.
I have a case file inches thick of evidence of how poor this service has been and how my life has been unnecessarily and avoidably affected by all this......6 x BT visits to start with..!!!!!!
I have given Adam over a month to sort this problem out, I think thats plenty of time for him to resolve the problem....don't you think?
So you can either sort this now or risk a far bigger bill......

Re: Migration Query

I have made it very clear in a previous post regarding my health problems, so I do not appreciate other members of plusnet staff posting here to try and intimidate and bully me in what I should do......

Re: Migration Query

My response was in no way meant to bully you, I'm sorry you took it this way. I was merely reiterating that Adam is best placed to handle this fault.
I'll now leave this thread in his very capable hands.

Re: Migration Query

Unless you have some useful information for me I suggest thats a good idea that you leave the thread.....
You tell me Adam has other responsibilities, thats not my problem and not a reason to leave a customer in the lurch waiting around for information.
Its now 15.55pm and no work has been done as promised and it looks like start all over again on Monday, this just isn't good enough no matter how you look at it or dress it up.......
Currently I am demanding 3 further months free broadband as a result, the longer this goes on without agreement then I will require 4 months and so on....
I have a meeting booked with my solicitor 2pm on Monday, if no agreement has been reached by then, then all bets will be off and I will start down the road of litigation.
Clearly our once good relationship is going downhill fast and I am very near to the point of no return, I am giving you an opportunity to address this, its up to you now.......

Re: Migration Query

@dogwhisperer - I suggest you take some time to calm down before responding again.  Whilst I understand your frustration, some of your comments are borderline personal attacks and I would rather see your issues resolved peacefully.
Cheers

Re: Migration Query

Hmmmmmm,
I will calm down when plusnet sort this problem out that has been going on since the 1st of April......
If you think my comments are borderline personal attacks then they aren't personal attacks then are they.......
If you read ALL of this thread you will see that in the circumstances I am very calm and have been very patient considering all the things that have gone wrong, mis-information....etc etc
Read the post where I mention that I am in poor health and see if you still want to continue down the line of bullying me.....

It's more a reminder that every poster here should follow the link:rules, regardless of their position, colour, size, the colour of their hat or their medical condition - although you may interpret that as bullying if you so wish.
