Marketing Offers

In September i referred a friend,and the referral should have been actioned with the Refer 3 offer ?
I contacted support and was told no problem,  we will get this added to both accounts
after two attempts to resolve the matter on the phone to customer service, I used the ask a question,
and raised a ticket.
The reply received was........."
Thank you for getting back to us.
My apologies for the delay in this matter, I have put the original ticket (ref: 35404307) back to our marketing department to action the discounts for you.
You can check your account online at http://my.plus.net find guides to our services at http://support.plus.net or check out our communirty at http://community.plus.net......................."
This matter has been running for nearly 2 months, Perhaps somebody at Plusnet would take ownership and resolve this

Yes, I'll jump on this for you. Apologies for this taking so long to resolve, this should be a relatively simple matter. So as always I'll try and identify where feedback and training can be given to the staff concerned.
