@tomplf
I'm guessing you didn't try the standard windows technique of holding down shift or Ctrl while you select multiple rows!

We've been trialling the new platform for months and we've hardly kept it a secret. In fact we opened up access to everybody back in December. We also announced that we'd be making this switch before the weekend on our Service Status pages. I'm guessing you missed these announcements so it might be worth you checking some of the links in my signature for information regarding our latest developments/maintenance/service affecting issues etc.
I was cross when I arrived here, but now I'm fuming
Why weren't we emailed notification? I read my emails, I don't read Plusnet's website as a hobby
Another user has raised the issue of missing contacts from the address book...
... I'd like to know why the heck all my emails haven't made it to the new system
It's a relief to know I can access old emails on the old system, but why the heck aren't they visible on the new system?
I have emails stored that are part of litigious circumstances, so it's incredibly inconvenient them not being easily accessible

BTW - I agree with the issue of not being able to delete 15 emails or so by clicking 'mark all' on one page - I've been using the ctrl key method, but it's tedious by comparison

We were - or at least everybody who has subscribed to receive email notifications of service status postings was.

It's hardly 'service status' news though, is it? :mad: The only time I've ever had to bother with 'service status' has been for outages - so why would I want to be emailed about those?

There are options to select all or toggle selected, see the star/half icons at the bottom of the email list. Also selecting one and then shift clicking will select all in between.
That's RPM to you!!

Well, it is. The mail 'service' was taken down for updates and brought back up with the update. You can see the advanced warning here.

I think Plusnet do a lot more than some other ISPs to keep you up to date - and I've been with a few! You should sign up to the alerts to make sure you're aware of anything which is going to affect Plusnet.

You can't please all the people all the time, but Plusnet manages to please most, most of the time  Wink
