Logging in to check broadband usage

Although I was using my usual user name and password I could not log in just now in order to check my broadband usage. Why is this happening. Does this mean that I have to change my password? Has anyone else had this problem? Cry

Why does the login page suddenly refuse to recognize my username or password? I don't understand this! Help! Sad

Thanks for your suggestion jelv, I had checked that. Nothing seemed to be wrong this end. Anyway just checked this morning and the login is working again.
