Line Rate Data

Other isp's Zen have their own line rate data via customer member account to view it. Question is why can't Plusnet do the same to add this on the member account which it would be great! See below:

Yes, it would be great. This sort of thing is something we'd have hoped Plusnet might have implemented by now as it has been suggested before. But it's not that easy to do and would require a fair bit of development, especially as the delta reports from BT Wholesale are unreliable on occasions.
Whether anything similar to this is going on (slowly) behind the scenes will need someone from the relevant area to comment.
