Leaving plusnet

Been with plusnet for years, but we are paying £30. a month for fibre and a phone line, we have just signed up with Vodaphone for our mobiles, and there offering Fibre and house phone for £20.00. My contract with Plusnet dosnt end for 18 months, am i right in thinking as Plusnet emailed me there putting the prices up i am all ok to leave with no fees as they have altered the contract. Just in case anyone suggests Plunet Mobile, THATS A BIG NO,tried it and signal no good where we live.

Re: Leaving plusnet

If leaving due to price rise you will need to ring Customer Options Team (0800 013 2632)  and tell them that is the reason you are leaving.

You will then be able to leave penalty free, whilst on the phone to them, see what offers they have. Smiley

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Leaving plusnet

Hi @denwyn

If you are looking to leave us due to the price increase then the information @ITWorks provided is correct.

Call our Customer Options Team within 30 days of receiving the email  directly on:

0800 013 2632 or 0330 123 9197 (Both free from a Plusnet Landline)

Opening Times:
08:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday
09:00 - 19:00 Saturday
09:00 - 18:00 Sundays

They will discuss the cancellation with you and explain any pro rata refund which is due to yourself.

Thank you very much
